Union General Health System invites interested parties to submit Proposals for the Purchase of Property located at River Bend Farm Road consisting of approximately 576.1 acres in Union County, Georgia Tax Parcel Number 087001. Please note, this Proposal request does not include Parcel #0870001A comprised of 3.38 acres which is not owned by Union General Health System. This is only a request for proposal and is not an offer for sale. Union General Health System may elect to reject all proposals and not proceed with a transaction. If you are an interested party, please contact Union General Health System at mchf@uniongeneral.org to request a Request for Proposal to review the specifications and instructions. All Proposals are due no later than April 25, 2022 at 5:00PMEST
