As of the fourth quarter of 2023, Friendship Health and Rehabilitation was owned by Employee Stock Ownership Plan of Select Health Care Trust, Inc., according to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The nursing home, located in White County, has been owned by Employee Stock Ownership Plan of Select Health Care Trust, Inc. since July 1, 2009.
