Please take notice that the CITY OF DAHLONEGA CITY COUNCIL will hold a Public Hearing on March 20, 2023, at 4:00 P.M. REGARDING A CERTAIN MATTER ITEMIZED IN THIS NOTICE as identified BELOW:
Public Hearing for Ordinance 2022-16: An ordinance to amend prior ordinance 91-9 to exclude off-street parking and loading requirements within the B-3 and CBD zones for restaurants, lounges, offices, and retail businesses. Ordinance 91-9 appears as an appendix to the Code of Ordinance of the City of Dahlonega.
The meeting will be held in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 465 Riley Road, DAHLONEGA, GEORGIA. Action on this matter will occur at a special called meeting immediately following the public hearing.
