The Habersham County Superior Court Clerk’s Office, in conjunction with the Georgia Superior Court Clerks’ Authority, is rolling out Filing Activity Notification System (FANS), providing Georgia residents with tools to monitor activity regarding their property filings and records. “I continue to seek helpful opportunities that benefit property owners in Habersham County,” said Habersham County Clerk of Superior Court David C. Wall. F.A.N.S. is a free, voluntary opt-in program that can be used to send electronic notifications of filing activity to individuals related to their registered personal property, liens, and plat filings. To get started, go to https://fans.gsccca.org and follow the prompts.
