Beginning with the July billing, the City of Helen will no longer send out late notices for past due water/sewer/garbage bills. As always, bills are due by the 25th of the month. A 10% late fee will be added for unpaid balances on the 26th. The account will be cut off if not paid by the 5th of the next month.
