Crisp County High School issued the following announcement on Mar. 11.
We are proud to announce that both the CCHS Concert Band and the CCHS Symphonic Band earned ALL SUPERIOR ratings on our prepared pieces and in the sight-reading room at our annual GMEA LGPE State Evaluation on yesterday. The performances were awesome and the scores earned truly represent the hard work and effort that the students have put into making yesterday's performances memorable. In addition to the band performances, senior Devin McCormick also earned a SUPERIOR rating as the student conductor for CCHS Symphonic Band. He was judged on his ability to serve as a young conductor for the band and he performed with class, confidence, and pride. Please congratulate all of the students in band as you see them on their successful performance!!!
