Whigham Elementary School issued the following announcement on Nov. 15.
The Grady County Board of Education has begun the search for a new superintendent. A survey has been developed by the Georgia School Boards Association to help the board better understand the wishes of the community as decisions are made during the superintendent search. The survey is very short and is being provided to the community to get your ideas regarding the qualities you feel are important for our next superintendent to possess. Please take a few minutes to take this survey. It should take less than five (5) minutes. You may access the survey by clicking on the link below:

The board will use the information as they interview potential candidates for the position of superintendent, and as they make their final decision on who will lead our school system. Thank you for helping us find the very best person possible to lead our schools.
