Union General Hospital issued the following announcement on Oct. 21.
We would like to thank Day & Ennis, LLC for recently donating $22,500 to Union General Hospital under the Georgia HEART Hospital Program!
The Georgia HEART program is a statewide rural hospital organization expense tax credit that helps limited liability companies (LLCs), as well as individuals and married couples, donate to rural hospitals and receive a Georgia income tax credit in return. The donation will be used to benefit North Georgians who are treated at Union General Hospital.
Day & Ennis partners John Day, Bill Ennis, Stephanie Hall and Matt Heller presented the check to Union General CEO Kevin Bierschenk, COO Michael Gay, CFO Nick Townsend, and Lindsey Townsend, Director of Philanthropic Outreach.
