WHITE COUNTY: Enotah Judicial Circuit Continuing Proclamation of Judicial/Medical Emergency

IN THE SUPERIOR COURTS OF LUMPKIN, TOWNS, UNION AND WHITE COUNTIES

ENOTAII JUDICIAL CIRCUIT

STATE OF GEORGIA

IN RE: COVID-19

Entered October 5, 2021 (Effective as of October 13, 2021, at 8:00 A.M.)

CONTINUING PROCLAMATION OF JUDICIAL/MEDICAL EMERGENCY

JUSTIFICATION

          This Order was executed upon the direction of the Hon. Raymond E. George, Chief Judge of the Enotah Judicial Circuit, with all three members of the Superior Court of the Enotah Judicial joining in concurrence. This Order, while filed in all four counties of the Enotah Judicial Circuit, was executed and joined in Blairsville, Union County, Georgia, on October 5th, 2021, pursuant to and in compliance with O.C.G.A. Section 38-3-61(a)(I -3).  This Order expressly adopts the findings of the previously issued Proclamation of Judicial/Medical Emergency Order, which took effect on September 13, 2021, within the Enotah Judicial Circuit and which is currently set to expire on October 14, 2021, This Order shall have effect and carry forward for a continuing thirty (30) day period, pursuant to and in compliance with O.C.G.A. Section 38-3-61(b). More particularly, this Order will carry forward from the expiration of the original September 13, 2021, Order, and will become effective at 8:00 AM, on October 13, 2021.
