Chaplain Stephen Bauer receives the September Spirit of Mercy Award!
Congratulations to Chaplain Stephen Bauer of St. Mary's Spiritual Care Department, who has received our September Spirit of Mercy Award. Stephen seeks out those who need him and makes them feel revered. Every person he meets with feels listened to, comforted, and more at peace.
He is always willing to sit with and listen to the patients who are going through the most challenging situations, but he is equally committed to helping our staff. A veteran himself, he is especially attentive to the needs of those who serve or have served in our nation's Armed Forces. He has a wonderful sense of humor, too.
