City of Dahlonega issued the following announcement on Sept. 1.
Public Hearing for Neva Garrett on behalf of Greenbriar of Dahlonega (Roberta Green) – A request for a setback variance to a +/- 7.36 acre property located at 406 Main Street East (D11 192). This parcel is zoned B-2 (Highway Business District). The request is to reduce the setback along Main Street from 35 feet to 30 feet to allow for the addition of a 5,000 square foot theater with no additional parking to be required.
