City of Union issued the following announcement on July 30.
Please be prepared for a temporary interruption of water service during the water line installation. This will occur between the dates listed below. This interruption should only last approximately 30 minutes and take place between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. Immediately before your residence is serviced, someone will attempt to make contact to give you an additional notice. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you as we strive to make improvements to your community. If you have questions regarding this outage, please call Union City Public Services for assistance.

There will be traffic control utilizing advance warning signs, traffic drums, cones and flaggers as necessary to direct traffic during construction activities. Road closure is not anticipated.
