Riverside Military Academy issued the following announcement on Apr. 19.

Our very own Eagle News Network (ENN) team just won five state awards from The University of Georgia’s Georgia Scholastic Press Association (GSPA).

  • Superior Rating: “Long Beach Expressions” News Feature Submission
  • Superior Rating: “Chess Club Commercial” Production Submission
  • Superior Rating: “RMA Athletics S9 E1” Sports Package Submission
  • Superior Rating: “ENN Season 7 Episode 3” General Excellence Submission
  • All-Georgia: Eagle News Network, Riverside Military Academy

The highest award RMA won was “All-Georgia” for Broadcasting. This award is given to news shows from Georgia schools considered the best in the state.

Congratulations to Zach Garrett and his team of ENN cadets for their hard work and accomplishments this year!
