Request to Participate in Competitive Interscholastic Activities, Grades 6-12

As a result of legislation (SB 42-Dexter Mosely Act, O.C.G.A. § 20-2-319.6) effective July 1, 2021, home schooled students in grades 6-12 have the option to participate in sports or other extracurricular activities such as band, drama or school clubs under specific guidelines.  Parents/guardians who desire for their home schooled student to participate in Competitive Interscholastic Activities must complete this request form by clicking here at least 30 days before the first day of the semester when the child will enroll and participate in the extracurricular activity or sport.
