The City of Dahlonega is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a cloud-based Electronic Content Management System to the City with the capability to effectively collect, store, manage and publish documents for the City Clerk and City Municipal Court.
Questions regarding Project #2022-016 will be accepted in writing only, to the City of Dahlonega Purchasing Agent, Brittany Lee at blee@dahlonega.gov or faxed to 706-864-4837 before 12:00PM, EDT, on August 15th, 2022. Responses will be posted by addenda no later than 5:00PM EST, on August 19th, 2022, to www.dahlonega.gov
Proposals must be received by 2:00 PM local time on Tuesday, August 30th, 2022, and may be delivered to the Purchasing Department, 465 Riley Road, Dahlonega 30533. Proposals shall be clearly marked and sealed, including the appropriate project number and title. Late bids will not be considered nor returned.

Proposals may not be withdrawn for ninety (90) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by O.C.G.A. §13-10-22. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to award a contract in the best interest of the City, and to waive any technicalities and informalities.
