Rep. Will Wade, a Republican who has served Georgia’s 9th House District since 2021, posted several updates on his Twitter account in early August 2025, including commentary on his campaign for State Senate District 51.

On August 7, 2025, Wade shared an emphatic endorsement with the message “This is the way!!! https://t.co/Butte9Vwbe”.

Later that evening, on August 8, he posted a tweet containing only a link: “https://t.co/CisO8bZyOk”.

Shortly after, Wade addressed his supporters directly regarding his ongoing Senate campaign. In his August 8 post he wrote: “https://t.co/GUwNcf3ffi

Wade was first elected to the Georgia State House in 2021, succeeding Kevin Tanner as representative of the state’s 9th House District. He is now campaigning for the State Senate’s District 51 seat.
