Rep. Will Wade, a Republican serving Georgia’s 9th House District since 2021, recently used his social media platform to advocate for civil discourse and religious values in a series of posts.
On September 11, 2025, Wade emphasized the importance of truth and respectful conversation. He wrote, “We must remain vigilant and committed to speaking truth. We must engage in healthy debate and devote ourselves to sincere and civil discourse. We must starve hate and feed love-the love of our neighbor and the love of Christ!” Rep. Continuing his theme on September 12, Wade published another statement about faith: “Jesus Christ
That is who we need. He is the way! He is the light! He is The Savior!
We are all sinners. We are but filthy rags and in spite of that He loves us all. He died for all who would believe and accept.
Let us love Jesus! Then we can love our neighbor and”.
Wade was elected to the Georgia State House in 2021 after replacing former state representative Kevin Tanner. As a public official representing north Georgia communities, he has consistently promoted messages focused on faith-based values and civility within public dialogue.
