Rep. Will Wade, a Republican representing Georgia’s 9th House District since 2021, shared updates and reactions to recent legislative developments and incidents in Georgia through a series of posts on his social media account.

On August 4, 2025, Wade expressed satisfaction regarding legislative progress at both the state and federal levels, stating, “Glad to be one of many in Georgia who got this done in our State and very glad to see the US Senate pass this legislation for Americans!”

Three days later, on August 7, 2025, Wade posted two links without additional commentary: “https://t.co/JWu8FpEkuC https://t.co/J3tZD0l1D7”.

Later that same day, he addressed an incident at Fort Stewart. Wade wrote, “It’s deeply tragic that such senseless violence occurred at Fort Stewart today. Still, it’s encouraging to hear that all five soldiers who were injured are in stable condition and expected to recover, with three having received necessary surgery. Thank you to those who”.

Wade was elected to the Georgia State House in 2021 after replacing former representative Kevin Tanner. He has continued to engage with constituents and comment on state and national events via social media platforms.
