Rep. Will Wade, a member of the Georgia House of Representatives, posted a series of tweets on July 16 and 17, 2025, highlighting tributes to baseball legend Hank Aaron and expressing appreciation for the Atlanta Braves and the Ruthless Podcast.

In his tweet from July 16, Rep. Wade stated: “What an awesome tribute to the one and only Hank Aaron and his 715th HR on 7/15/25! Well done Atlanta Braves ! @Braves Got to love this team and the game of ! Yep! I got chills and instantly remembered the stories my late father told me as a 10yr old about all the https://t.co/7s5y238Zff”.

Later that day, Rep. Wade added another message referencing a podcast: “And this is just another example as to why the Good Lord above is pouring out blessings on the Fellas of @RuthlessPodcast ! https://t.co/Irjg30ApGH”.

Hank Aaron’s record-breaking 715th home run remains a significant moment in Major League Baseball history. The Atlanta Braves have continued to honor Aaron’s legacy through commemorative events and community outreach efforts over recent years.

Rep. Will Wade represents Georgia’s District 9 in the state legislature. He has previously expressed support for both local sports teams and community initiatives related to Georgia’s history.
