The position is responsible for general office tasks, greeting and assisting the public in person and on the phone, answering questions and responding to customer requests within City policies and statutes, processing occupational taxes (business licenses), assisting the Economic Development and Planning Department with the zoning and building permit processes, and other duties as assigned by management.
