Beginning with the July billing, the City of Helen will no longer send out late notices for past due water/sewer/garbage bills. As always, bills are due by the 25th of the month. A 10% late fee will be added for unpaid balances on the 26th. The account will be cut off if not paid by the 5th of the next month. The Georgia Sex Offender Registry shows 77 registered sex offenders were living in Hart County as of the week ending April 11.
There were 132 registered sex offenders living in Habersham County as of the week ending April 11, according to the Georgia Sex Offender Registry.
The Georgia Sex Offender Registry shows 87 registered sex offenders were living in Franklin County as of the week ending April 11.
