- ***IMPORTANT INFO: Students bringing non-AHS guests must turn in a Guest Permission Slip.
- Guests must
- Not be older than 20 years old.
- Arrive with a physical government ID for check-in.
- Have a signed permission slip on file before entering the dance.
- Download and print the permission slip by clicking HERE.
- ALL FORMS must be submitted no later than Friday, October 21, 2022.
- Forms submitted after this deadline are subject to denial.
- Turn in all forms to the Front Office.
