    • ***IMPORTANT INFO: Students bringing non-AHS guests must turn in a Guest Permission Slip.
      • Guests must
        • Not be older than 20 years old.
        • Arrive with a physical government ID for check-in.
        • Have a signed permission slip on file before entering the dance. 
      • Download and print the permission slip by clicking HERE. 
        • ALL FORMS must be submitted no later than Friday, October 21, 2022. 
        • Forms submitted after this deadline are subject to denial.
        • Turn in all forms to the Front Office.
