Position Information: Full Time with Benefts

Job Duties:

Performs equipment operation to mainly include operation of a city-owned rear-load solid waste collection vehicle.  Candidate may also be called on to perform skilled and manual labor in support of City sanitation services and/or maintenance projects including refuse collection, grounds keeping, and/or the maintenance and repair of City streets, parks, cemeteries, and properties. Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED; supplemented by one (l) year of experience operating construction equipment and/or performing grounds keeping or general maintenance work; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities for this job. Must possess and maintain a valid Georgia Driver’s License and current GA CDL License.
