City of Cleveland Public Hearing Notice

The Cleveland City Council shall hold two (2) Public Hearings on the question of whether the issuance of licenses for the package sale of distilled spirits in the City of Cleveland shall be permitted. The initial public hearing will be held during the regularly scheduled Council Meeting on Monday, July 11, at 6:30 p.m. at the Cleveland Police Department/Oak Springs Center, located at 342 Campbell Street. A second hearing will be announced by the City Council as required by all city and state requirements. All interested citizens are invited to attend. A copy of the proposed ballot question to be considered by the City Council will be available for public inspection at Cleveland City Hall, beginning July 11, 2022, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
