Ribbon cutting ceremony and light refreshments served. Join the Banks County Parks & Recreation Dept. & The Banks County Chamber CVB, as we celebrate with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and Grand Opening on Thursday, June 30th at 9:00 a.m. Bring the family and bring the kids. SAVE THE DATE!!
